Usage notes

  • Please avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity, and sudden drying as these may cause deterioration.
  • No watering is required, and no maintenance such as pruning is required.
  • If water gets on the product, wipe it off immediately with a dry cloth.
  • For indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
  • Due to the characteristics of the material, moss fibers may fall off.
  • If dust accumulates, gently blow it off with a hair dryer on a low heat setting. Do not wipe it off with running water or chemicals.
  • All moss pieces are handcrafted to fit the frame size and shape. Please note that the size and color of the moss may vary even for the same product.
  • Recommended environment: indoor temperature: 10-28°C / indoor humidity: 30-60%
  • If the humidity drops below 30%, the product will become hard, but will return to its softness as the humidity rises.
  • Please be careful not to touch the moss when it is extremely dry, as this may cause damage.
  • Due to the characteristics of natural wood, wooden frames vary in grain, knots, color, texture, and unevenness. The actual frame may differ slightly from the image, but please enjoy the unique charm of handmade items.
